Mission Statement

To create an environment which leads
High school teenagers
Into a relationship with God through Jesus Christ.

This mission statement, through the support of the family and the parish community, is accomplished in three ways:

Through the CELEBRATION of the Eucharist.
Through the TEACHING of Christ and the Church.
Through an EXPERIENCE of being loved and accepted.

Philosophy

Our Confirmation Program is first of all a catechetical component of St. Martha’s Life Teen Ministry. The sacrament of Confirmation is an integral part of the Catholic faith. It’s primary goal is the preparation of high school students for the Sacrament of Confirmation in order that the Holy Spirit received during Baptism will become fully alive, to live a life of mature Catholic Christians and to be actively involved in the life and mission of the Church.
